I’m so thankful for the friends who listened to an hour long recap of the day Lee died. I verbally processed that day so many times, which can’t have been comfortable for them, but was so healing for me. ❤️ Thankfully, no lasagne!
It is an incredible kindness to have people put aside their discomfort to sit with you in the depths of deep grief. The things you see and experience defy belief and sometimes the only way to process it is out loud. I’m so glad you had people doing that for you x
